- Successfully represented a publicly traded company at trial in the Commercial Division of the New York County Supreme Court and through appeals in a contract dispute with a major New York City real estate developer; a $3 million jury verdict was affirmed on appeal.
- Acted as litigation counsel to a large international bank with respect to a half-billion-dollar commercial dispute arising out of the production of liquefied natural gas in Indonesia.
